• We use coated germanium glass lenses with high transmittance and excellent anti-glare capabilities, ensuring sharp imagery from center to edge. Paired with a high-frame-rate infrared detector (typically ≥30Hz), this significantly reduces motion blur and lag during scanning, making moving target acquisition and real-time observation much smoother.
• The core supports full radiometric video stream capture, meaning every pixel contains temperature data. Advanced software algorithms (e.g., adaptive noise reduction, multi-point dynamic calibration) process this raw data in real-time, effectively suppressing reading fluctuations and delivering stable, trustworthy temperature values (with accuracy up to ±1°C or better), even in environments with significant ambient temperature changes.
• It offers multiple measurement tools like Spot, Line, and Area (Box). Users can select the most appropriate mode for specific analysis scenarios (e.g., measuring a small solder joint or a large heat sink surface). The system intelligently calculates and displays Max, Min, and Average temperatures, and provides temperature difference (ΔT) calculation, greatly enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis.
